Haus Massage & Natural Beauty is a female run, independent holistic massage service in the heart of Cardiff.
What makes us different?
Firstly, our consultations are proper consultations. We discuss your pain points, any mental or physical needs you have and talk through the areas of the body that we cover for each specific massage to ensure that you are completely comfortable and you know what to expect.
Each massage can be tailored. If you want to avoid certain areas, we can do it. If you want to focus on certain areas we can do it. You will know beforehand what areas of the body we will cover to ensure you are absolutely comfortable. These are holistic treatments that cater for everyone including those who identify as neurodiverse, anyone with physical differences, the lgbtqia+ community and those with any trauma or body dysmorphic disorders.
We want to create a completely inclusive environment for all and as we expand, Haus will be more than just a massage therapy, it will be a plethora of self-care therapies.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Hi, I’m Holly and Haus Massage is my baby! I am a trained and fully insured masseuse and I decided to move into the holistic industry after spending most of my working career in the corporate world. I was diagnosed with scoliosis as a teen and underwent spinal surgery to correct a combined 49 °curvature a few years later . Holistic and massage therapy has been a huge part of my life since I was young and I feel I have the lived experience to understand the benefits of massage.
I aim to tailor every massage to ensure the best possible result. I don’t just want you to relax, I want you to feel the benefits of a massage both physically and mentally. I am extremely passionate about ensuring massage therapy is accessible to all and want each and every client to come away from each treatment looking forward to returning again.

Tailored Hands & Feet Package - £40 per hour

The full body Haus massage covers back, neck, arms, legs, feet and head (fully customisable to your choice). This treament can be done lying down or sitting upright in a comfy chair.
EASTERN FACELIFT

An Eastern facelift, also known as an Eastern Facial Massage or Eastern Rejuvenation Massage, is a holistic approach to facial care originating from Eastern traditions such as Chinese medicine and Ayurveda.
